Ms. Mops Policies

Ms. Mops and its employees agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition therefore, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Ms. Mops or its employees, unless arising from negligence on the part of Ms. Mops.

There is no term to this agreement. Client may cancel at any time for any reason.

Ms. Mops Professional Cleaning Services may cancel at any time for any reason.

Payment is due at time of service in the form of cash, or check.

A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days.

There is a $25 fee for any check returned by your bank.  If your bank is in error, they should reimburse you for this expense.

You agree that we guarantee only to correct any problems, reported within 24 hours, by returning to the home within two business days to correct the problem.  Furthermore, you waive your right to stop payment on your check or protest a credit card charge unless we fail to make good on this guarantee.

We do our best to be flexible as we can with the schedule. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Client will be charged 50% (minimum $40) of cleaning fee if canceling with less than 24 hours notice. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home, through no fault of ours. 

If we are specifically requested to dust/clean inside of a hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment, ironing, or wash dishes, client agrees to not hold Ms. Mops Professional Cleaning Services responsible for damage to any article or component.

While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether monetary or sentimental) not be cleaned by our staff. A damage report will be left by staff if any damage does take place. Ms. Mops Professional Cleaning Services must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.

You are liable for an employment referral fee of $3,000.00 per person, should you directly employ (either legally or on a cash basis) anyone currently employed by us, or employed by us within the six month period prior to such employment.  You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs.  You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee.

Ms. Mops prefers that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning. If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, Ms. Mops is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.

Locksmith fees are paid only if Ms. Mops misplaces the keys.

Mops Professional Cleaning Services reserves the right to change the Service Agreement.
